Myanmar economy: Quick View - Inflation rate picks up

According to the Ministry of National Planning and Economic Development (MNPED), consumer price inflation reached 6% year on year in February. This compares with 4.9% in January and inflation for the year as a whole of 1.5% in 2012 and 5.5% in 2013.
