Bluffstock: Two concert promoters want to create a Woodstock-like happening this summer in the Bluffdale foothills, complete with 60,000 or more people, peace, love and good vibes. The featured stars at this Woodstock, Utah-style? Musical impersonators, including ersatz Beatles, Rolling Stones, Roy Orbison, Traveling Wilburys, Elton John, Doors and Elvis Presley.

Bus Heroics: Two motorists jumped onto a slow-moving Las Vegas school bus and stopped it from careening down a busy freeway after its driver was overcome by fumes from spilled cleaning fluid. The two men then pulled the driver out and administered CPR until an ambulance arrived Thursday morning.

Bonneville Plea: Despite his promise not to plea bargain, Ex-Bonneville Pacific principal Robert Wood has cut a deal with federal prosecutors. In exchange for dismissal of a year-old indictment, Wood pleaded guilty to two felonies: fraud and filing a false tax return. And he entered an arrangement to cooperate with the FBI in investigating other Bonneville matters.

Guilty Verdict: Charlotte Marlene Longshaw committed murder when she shot a man who was brawling at her brother's funeral, a Salt Lake County jury ruled Thursday. At her sentencing on July 8, she faces a prison term of 5 years to life.
