Make sure you are entering your current WebbConnect username and password.  Do not include @gardner-webb.edu as part of your username.

If your current password is not working, the easiest solution is to change your Gardner-Webb password using Password Manager in WebbConnect. You can find the Password Manager link under the Maintain Information folder in WebbConnect's Launchpad section.
