Mimosa Tree Capital Partners of Tulsa paid $1.2 million for downtown Tulsa's historic Pierce Building.
Tulsa County Courthouse records indicate that the partnership, managed by P. Vincent LoVoi and Joel B. Kantor, paid $85.43 per square foot to The Pierce Building LLC of Tulsa for the three-story brick structure built in 1909.
"For the owner, that's not a bad price, considering the age of the building and the location," said Jared Andresen, managing director of Grubb and Ellis/Levy Beffort's Tulsa office. Andresen was not involved in the sale.
