[...]despite the sweltering heat and humid weather, Singaporeans' love for steamboat is fuelling the one-pot-wonder of ingredients cooked in broth inspired by various cuisines such as Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Korean. The Jumbo Group's steamboat restaurant Jpot, with outlets at Tampines 1 and VivoCity, has also introduced new items such as salted vegetable with duck soup, and fish head soup at its Tampines 1 branch.
