Objective: To present the first report of improvement in a patient's small fiber peripheral neuropathy with oxybutynin. Case Presentation: A 60-year-old woman presented with complaints of worsening numbness and tingling in her legs that she had not felt for years. She had clinical evidence of both large and small fiber neuropathy.
