SL GREEN, one of the city's largest office-space landlords, is planning to recapitalize 1515 Broadway in a deal that could value the 54-story Times Square tower at nearly $2 billion.
The company has hired Doug Harmon and Adam Spies, sales brokers at Cushman & Wakefield, to market what will likely be a minority stake in the 1.75-million-square-foot spire.
