Ho Chi Minh City-based EIS is looking to source capital from shareholders to expand its operations at home and abroad.
The company operates a low-priced global phone service called One-Connection that works using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology, allowing users to make long-distance calls over the Internet at greatly reduced rates.
EIS will issue 100,000 shares at $26 each, beginning June 15. Half the shares will be offered to the general public, and the rest to strategic partners.
