In what may be the most significant office leasing transaction so far this year, Bank of America has committed to an additional 522,000 sf of space at One Bryant Park, bringing its total occupancy at the Durst Organization's 2.1 million-sf tower to 1.6 million sf. Bank of America will now occupy more than three-quarters of available space at the $1 billion, 51-story skyscraper, which is slated to come online in 2008. In addition to ground floor space, BofA will occupy floors two through 36, and the top floor at the building, also known as the Bank of America Tower.
