Adebola Adeshina is chef-patron of the Lock restaurant in Tottenham Hale, north London. Adeshina has worked in the kitchens at a number of Michelin-starred restaurants, including Aubergine and Pétrus (during a six-year stint with Gordon Ramsay Holdings), the Square and the Capital. He opened the Lock in February 2006.
