FULL MEASURES AT NORTHERN SHOW
The Northern Restaurant and Bar show is taking place on 7-8 April in the Manchester Central, formerly known as GMex.
As well as hordes of exhibitors, there will be the chance to see masterclasses from such luminaries as Marcus Wareing, chef-patron at two-Michelinstarred Pétrus in London; Sat Bains, chef-patron of his eponymous Michelin-starred restaurant in Nottingham; and Marc Wilkinson, chef-patron of Fraîche in Liverpool.
For those on the bar side of the industry, there are separate presentations, on great Northern beers and beers of the world, by George Philliskirk of the Beer Academy; wine presentations from Wines of Spain and Discover Wine; and a legislative update from Bob Cotton, chairman of the British Hospitality Association, for all sides of the industry.
