The copie of a letter sent by the French king to the people of Artoys and Henault requesting them to remooue the forces gathered by the king of Spaine, from the borders of France, otherwise denouncing open warre. Also a declaration of the French kings proclaiming open warre against the king of Spaine and his adherents, and the causes him mouing therto.
Alternate title: Lettres du Roy portent declaration de la guerre aux villes de pays d'Artois, Hainaut, d'isle et autres de la subjection.
