An act for the speedy and effectual satisfaction of the adventurers for lands in Ireland: and of the arrears due to the soldiery there, and of other publique debts; and for the encouragement of Protestants to plant and inhabit Ireland. Together with an order of the Councel of State, dated the first of Iune, 1653. A commission under the Great Seal of England, and instructions thereunto annexed; and also further instructions to the commissioners of Parliament in Ireland, mentioned in this act, and thereby confirmed. Monday the 26th of September, 1653. Ordered by the Parliament, that this act be forthwith printed and published. Hen: Scobell, Clerk of the Parliament.
