Anno xiij. reginæ Elizabethe at the Parliament begunne and holden at Westminster the second of Apryll in the xiij. yere of the raigne of our most gratious soueraigne lady Elizabeth, by the grace of God, of Englande, Fraunce and Ireland, queene, defendour of the fayth, &c. and there continued vntyll the dissolution of the same, to the hygh pleasure of almyghtie God, and the weale publique of this realme, were enacted as foloweth.
