Two declarations of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament. The one, concerning the releasing of diverse worthy ministers, and other his Maiesties good subjects, in the County of Chester, who are imprisoned and bound over to the next assise, for refusing to obey the illegall commission of Array, and yeelding obedience to the ordinance and command of Parliament. The other, for the repaying of all such sums of money, as are, or shall be brought towards this publike charge, out of the estates of such as are voted delinquents, and dis-affected to the state of the kingdome. With an order of both Houses, that the lord generall according to his commissions, shall take speciall care for punishing disorder in the souldiers. Die Jovis, Sept. 8. 1642. Ordered by the Lords and Commons in Parliament, that these declarations, and the order concerning souldiers be forthwith printed and published. John Browne Cler. Parliam.
