The food scene in Cambridge is catching fire," exclaims Tristan Welch. The chef grew up in the city, and in 2018 he returned from a three-year stint on Mustique, as executive chef of the Cotton House and Beach Café, to take the helm of modern British brasserie Parker's Tavern.
