NEW DELHI: Even as the intolerance debate rages on, the President Pranab Mukherjee once again reminded that this is the time to reinforce the values that bind together the complex diversity of modern India and promote them throughout the globe. In an indirect reference to the 13/11 Paris terror attacks and allegations of intolerance made by writers, historians, artists and intellectuals at home , the President noted that the world is presently "struggling to deal with the worst impulses of intolerance and hatred that mankind has ever witnessed.''
