Canopy to add 95,000 sq. ft. building to Lindon campus

Canopy Properties, a division of Canopy Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Lindon, is planning to add a fifth building to its Canopy Business Campus at 588 W. 400 S. in Lindon.

The new three-story building will mirror the third structure in the campus, and will include 95,000 square feet on about five acres.

"The new building will be equipped to service high-tech companies," said Gerald Garbe, vice president real estate/facilities, Canopy Properties Inc. "Twelve thousand square feet of the building will have a raised data center floor so that it can house a lot of computer equipment and still be cooled properly."

The new building is designed with the needs of hightech companies in mind, offering security features and high-speed communications infrastructure.
