NEW YORK If all goes according to an admittedly complicated plan, the Biltmore Theater will soon be joining its Broadway brethren as a working theater after more than a decade of dormancy.
The Manhattan Theater Club will operate the theater, spearheading the renovation in partnership with a real estate concern planning an adjacent apartment tower. The theater will be MTC's first permanent Broadway venue, making the veteran troupe Tony eligible for shows produced at the theater.
