A subsidiary of Viacom has completed its acquisition of KTLC-TV, Channel 43 from the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority.
Granted Federal Communications Commission approval, the transaction increases the Paramount Stations Group's total number of stations to 18 and extends the group's national coverage to 24.4 percent of all U.S. viewing households. Under PSG's ownership, KTLC will become a UPN affiliate and change its station call letters to KPSG.
