Condor Airlines lifts hopes in Las Vegas
Local tourism officials hope new scheduled direct flights from Europe will bring more foreign visitors.

Tourism officials hope that a new flow of free-spending foreign visitors will be coming into town, with the first regularly scheduled flight service to Las Vegas from Europe.
Condor Airlines, a subsidiary of Germany's Lufthansa Airlines, began in November offering direct flights every Monday from Cologne, Germany, to Las Vegas. In May, Condor plans to begin regularly scheduled flights from Frankfurt every Wednesday.
