Prague, Oct 16 (CTK) - Popular Czech actor Josef Somr, whose probably best known role is that of the libidinous train dispatcher Hubicka in Jiri Menzel's Oscar-winning film Closely Watched Trains (Ostre sledovane vlaky, 1966), died today at the age of 88, his wife has told CTK.
Somr, who played in more than 170 films, spent his last days in a sanatorium.
