Two Manhattan arts groups plan to renovate and use a South Ferry landmark as a cultural arts center, Mayor Edward I. Koch announced yesterday.
The two organizations, Dance Theater Workshop and Creative Time, will build two theaters, three rehearsal studios, two galleries, administrative offices and arts-related commercial space in the Battery Maritime Building, Koch said.
