GLORIA ESTEFAN has always been the essence of new Miami - bold, sexy and a shrewd marketer. Thirty-plus years into Fidel Castro's revolution, Estefan is part of the aging first generation of Miami-bred Cubans grappling with profound nostalgia for a place they've never known.
