Donald Trump, trying to shore up his aging comeback story, yesterday vowed to sue the New York Post for a Page 1 story that reminded readers that his bankers might yet sell the Plaza Hotel out from under him.
The story said that Trump might lose the property to the mega-rich Sultan of Brunei, ruler of the tiny, oil-rich country on the island of Borneo. The Sultan has bid more than $300 million for the hotel, the paper said, citing an unidentified source.
