Job interviews rank high among stressful events. Although they should always be considered a two-way street, the interviewee goes through several stages when preparing for a job interview. To take some of the stress out of the job interview process, it is always good to prepare for potential questions. Almost every job interview will have at least one so-called STAR question, and you can prepare very well for it.
S-T-A-R
A job interview is your time to shine. You've made it this far, you've finally met your future boss and/or coworkers, and you get to ask all your questions. It's also a great opportunity to demonstrate which skills you've mastered and which ones are hard to show on your resume: your soft skills. Whether it's interpersonal skills, conflict management or stress management, interviewers will want to know more about you and how you handle certain situations. That's why the S-T-A-R method is a widely used job interview method.
