Manhattan's West Side office market received a long-awaited boost on Monday when Cushman & Wakefield Inc. announced that a law firm will move from Park Avenue to take 20% of the space in a 36-story office tower at 750 Seventh Ave.
A group led by Citibank financed the Seventh Avenue building owned by Solomon Equities. Local real estate professionals see this tower as a bellwether for the neighborhood's huge but fledgling office market.
