AMONG the PLO's violations of the Oslo agreement there are some that are undoubtedly graver than the failure to extradite Palestinian killers of Jews to Israel. But nothing mocks the pact more than the royal welcome terrorist Yasser Abu Samahdaneh received in the Gaza Strip over the weekend.
Abu Samahdaneh is not just another wanted killer. He is implicated in the murder of 35 Arabs and at least one Israeli Jew, Yehoshua Weisbrod. His Arab victims were supposed to be "collaborators," but most were simply personal enemies or political rivals he arbitrarily executed.
