Tom Aikens, 35, is seen as one of the most talented chefs of his generation. In 1996, while working at Pied Terre in Fitzrovia, London, he became the youngest British chef to have been awarded two Michelin stars. He now runs his own eponymous Michelin-starred restaurant in Chelsea. He will be running his first London Marathon next month.
