NORTH-East bus and motor group Arriva, is investing 50m on upgrading its UK bus services.
The company, based in Sunderland, plans to buy 500 buses before the end of the year.
Most of the new vehicles will be low-floor easy access buses to support new routes and innovative projects throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
