STAGECOACH is cutting back on evening bus services in Glasgow after losing #316million in the last financial year.
Strathclyde Passenger Transport confirmed the Perth-based company, run by millionaire Brian Souter, was cutting back on some of its services and easy-access buses.
Stagecoach has already pulled out of Drumchapel, leaving First Glasgow a free run after four years of intense competition between the two bus companies.
Strathclyde Passenger Transport added that Stagecoach had also franchised its services in Pollok to Paisley company Dart.
