Three die in bridge crash
More details have been released about the three people who died last Thursday when their Chevy Tahoe burst into flames after crushing into the Kinnear Bridge near Ethete.
Family members identified the three last week, and the the Fremont County Coroner's office has confirmed the identities after dental records were examined.
The driver of the vehicle was Irwin Ynostrosa, 22. He and his back-seat passenger, Tasha Ware, 20, were burned beyond recognition in the wreck.
Front-seat passenger Evan Smith, 21, also was burned badly and was ejected partially from the front of the vehicle.
Ware and Smith were from Ethete, and Ynostrosa was a lifelong resident of the Wind River Indian Reservation.
All three were declared dead at the scene from injuries suffered in the crash and subsequent fire, said Fremont County Coroner Ed McAuslan.
