Arkipelago calls for film entries
Arkipelago, a Filipino cultural organization, has announced an open call for submission for its annual film, video and multimedia festival, "Sa Pinilakang Tabing '99 (On the Silver Screen)," to be held this November in New York City.
Now in its sixth year, "Sa Pinilakang Tabing" is the only annual festival on the East Coast to feature films, videos and video installations by artists of Filipino descent.
