OPPOSITION LEADER Edward Seaga has obtained a default judgment against 'the Breakfast Club' and Anthony Abrahams, journalist and talkshow host, arising from a libel suit.
The parties did not appear on Thursday, January 13, at the case management conference in the Supreme Court and were not represented.
Attorneys-at-law Emil George, Q.C., Raymond Clough and Abe Dabdoub, who represented Mr. Seaga, applied for the defence to be struck out and default judgment entered against the parties. Mr. Justice Wesley James...
