STAYING AT | INTERCONTINENTAL BARCLAY HOTEL, NEW YORK
It was 1926 when ladies promenaded in sassy dropped-waist skirts, and cloche hats covered their unabashedly cropped hair. For gentlemen, the era of baggy pants paired with two-tone shoes had just dawned.
