MyNetworkTV Cleared in 55% of Country
NEW YORK, March 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- 12 stations have been officially signed as MyNetworkTV affiliates, bringing the network's total U.S. clearance to 55% of the country. New MyNetworkTV affiliates include:

* WACY/Green Bay-Appleton (#69) -- Journal Broadcasting

* KAME/Reno (#112) -- Cox Television/Broadcast Development
* KTOV/Corpus Christi (#129) -- GH Broadcasting
* WCBI-DT/Columbus-Tupelo-West Point, MS (#132) -- Columbus Television,
Inc.
* KBJR-DT/Duluth-Superior (#137) -- Granite Broadcasting
* NOSA-DT/Odessa-Midland, TX (#159) -- ICA Broadcasting

Regarding the announcement, Jack Abernethy, CEO of Fox Television Stations, noted, "We are pleased to enter into this affiliation agreement with Granite in Detroit, Ft. Wayne and Duluth, three very important markets for MyNetworkTV."
He continued, "While securing affiliates in the major markets is important, it is equally imperative to us to sign strong affiliates in the mid-sized and smaller markets. Every one of these broadcasters brings significant value to MyNetworkTV and they will play a central role in launching this exciting new network."
