A writer described by one reviewer as a latter-day Jack Kerouac brought his unique style Thursday to Fort Macleod.
Ian Ferrier performed at the Fort Macleod RCMP Centennial Library to a small but appreciative crowd.
The Montreal-based Ferrier accompanied himself on guitar and the recorded music of his band Pharmakon as he recited his poetry.
"You can just sit back and take it any way you like," Ferrier said. "That's what I like most about it."
