It is estimated that the value of sites of lead, zinc, silver, nickel, manganese and boron on Kosovo overcomes the amount of $1.000 billion. Corporate experts for raw metals and minerals have announced in the end of 2008 the estimated reports of reserves: the Mine ''Trepca'' has 425.000 tons of lead, 415.000 tons of zinc and 800 tons of silver and that the reserves of nickel are 185.000 and cobalt 6.500 tons. Also the mine "Grebnik" south from Glina, has for a fact 1.700.000 tons of bauxite reserves. Four tons of bauxite consists of two tons of alumina, which is used for making a ton of aluminum, which means that "Grebnik" could produce 425.000 tons of aluminum. By now the affirmed reserves of Ferro-nickel, in Kosovo, are 15.000.000 tons but is estimated to be much more.
